  • I hear this question most of all and I usually tell my couples they probably won’t realize how much they needed one until after the wedding. Your coordinator’s job is to keep the flow of the day, oversee the details, maintain the schedule, collaborate with your other vendors and most importantly make sure your day is about you.

  • When you hire me to coordinate your day, we’ll have an initial meeting to go over the general sense of your day. We will schedule a walk through of your venue so I know your exact vision and dream. You will have unlimited access to me for help, questions, referrals and ideas. I will be there for your rehearsal so your bridal party and you and your spouse feel great and know exactly what to expect. I will help with set up and obviously I will be there your entire day of to support you and your vendors, manage the timelines with your photographer and keep peace and order on your special day. You and your spouse are my priority and creating a magical, memorable day for you is the heart of my business. I want you and your families and friends present for the moments, I’ll take care of the million tiny details.

  • A day of coordinator is just that, heavily involved for the few days surrounding your wedding to mind details, schedule, vendors and more to make sure your day goes off without a hitch. A planner handles your decor, often times takes your deposits and book other vendors, rentals, etc. Planners will typically spend months of time with their couples, planning out the entire day. I would say planners provide the details while coordinators oversee them, for this reason planners and coordinators often “team up” and work together on the wedding day.
